North American Security Products Organization (NASPO) Receives ANSI Standards Developer Accreditation |

| MILWAUKEE, WI (November 24, 2005)- Brady Corporation (NYSE:BRC) of Milwaukee, a charter member of the North American Security Products Organization (NASPO), announced that the American National Standards Institute's (ANSI's) Executive Standards Council approved NASPO as an ANSI-Accredited Standards Developer (ASD) on October 12. |

| To obtain certification using NASPO's current Security Risk Management criteria, "security companies" must ensure that products to be used for currency and personal ID applications as well as for authenticating and protecting brand name goods are developed, produced and stored in a highly secure environment. The facility, personnel, and processes must all be scrutinized to ensure NASPO's high standards are being met. |
